Evolving from the Apollo series, the Apollo Ultra has become the most popular home in the Allworth range offering four bedrooms, a generous foyer and family room.Entry is via a generous foyer with the bright main bedroom off it, well away from the children’s bedrooms at the rear of the home. Internal access from the garage is also from the foyer.
Through into the formal living and dining room you find great space for entertaining. The two rooms extend across the width of the home, making them light and enjoyable day or night.
Well placed to serve both the dining room and the generous casual living areas is the kitchen. With everything easily at hand the kitchen has good bench space, a breakfast bar to the family room, pantry and fridge space.
The family room has ample space for a meals table and seating and opens to the rumpus room where cosy lounges, a music centre and TV could reside. The rumpus room has sliding doors opening to the garden or outdoor entertaining area.
Three bedrooms are in their own private area off the family room along with the main bathroom – bath, shower, vanity and toilet – and the laundry. Each bedroom has a built in robe and there’s a linen cupboard next to the bathroom.
